REFUND OF EXCESS TDS PAID BY DEDUCTOR

FORM 26B FOR CLAIMING REFUND OF EXCESS TDS DEPOSITED 

At last the department of Income Tax has been able to provide proper Form for claiming Refund of excess TDS paid by the deductor. Claim of Refund can be made in Form 26B electronically under digital signature in  accordance with the procedures, formats and standards to be specified by The Director General of Income-tax (Systems)
