The companies are required to file their Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account and other documents in Form 23AC/ACA as required u/s 220 of the Companies Act, 1956 (‘Act’) read with Rule 7B of the Companies (Central Govt.’s) General Rules & Forms, 1956 (‘Rules’) with the jurisdictional Registrar of
Companies (RoC) within 30 days of the date of Annual General Meeting or if no such meeting is held, there shall be filed with the Registrar within thirty days from the latest day on or before which that meeting should have been held in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
Now ROC are issuing reminders to the non filers reminding them the consequnces of non filing. One such notice is being reproduced herewith for readers and are advised to do the needful to avoid any penal action.
